When identity verification is required, you'll receive a prompt in your Neno dashboard or an email with a verification link. The process typically involves:
Upload a valid ID document - Passport, national ID card, residence permit, or Dutch driving licence
Take a selfie - A live photo to match against your ID document
Review by verification experts - Your documents are reviewed for authenticity
The verification is handled securely by our banking partner's identity verification service. Most verifications are completed within a few hours, though some may take up to 2 business days if additional review is needed.
