Can I send an international transfer?
Yes, Neno supports international transfers for payments outside the SEPA zone. To send an international transfer:
Go to Payments in the sidebar
Select International Transfer
Enter the recipient's details, including their name, IBAN or account number, and BIC/SWIFT code
Select the currency and enter the amount
Review and confirm the transfer
International transfers may take 2-5 business days depending on the destination country and intermediary banks. Fees may apply for international transfers - these will be shown before you confirm.
